TERMS OF SERVICE
I retain the right to DENY a commission request.Please keep in mind that:♡ Payment is through Paypal only - I will send the email that you provided an INVOICE from my Paypal once I have approved your request.♡ Payment must be paid in FULL before I can start the commission; you have a maximum of 7 days to pay your invoice or your commission will be cancelled and you will have to resend a new form.♡ Commissions are done on a first come, first serve basis.(Unfortunately I will not be offering a RUSH order feature for the time being).♡ The commission may take 2 weeks - a month (from the moment I begin sketching) depending on the batch of queue and/or complexity. Please refer to the queue page on my carrd if you would like to see where you are in my queue.♡ Updates on the commission will be provided for your approval during the sketching, lining, flat colouring and rendering stage♡ Major changes will cost an extra fee of $10USD. This includes:
- alterations to lines
- changes to the rendering
- an additional element to the image (ex. Cat ears, tattoo etc.)♡ changes during the sketch period are free of charge.♡ Once you have approved the final product I will send you a transparent and solid bg version of your commission (without watermark) to the email you provided.♡ Refunds ONLY applicable if I have not started the commission yet or if for any reason I can no longer do your commission.♡ I will be sharing the finished piece on my social medias. However, if you are uncomfortable with that please feel free to dm me.♡ If you file a PayPal chargeback claim against me at any point of the commission, you forfeit all rights of anything and everything I have made for you. That artwork will be resold or repurposed for new buyers and you will be blacklisted.My commissions are NOT for resale or commercial use. Should you break the copyright usage agreement, every right to the commissioned image will be retracted.
